1. SPONSOR: WHATCOM TREE SERVICE

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: Begins on [OCTOBER 19, 2026] at [09:00 AM PST] and ends on [OCTOBER 31, 2026] at [09:00 AM PST] ("Promotion Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: - Method A (Merchandise / Website Entry): Receive [1] entry for every purchase of [GIVEAWAY TICKET] completed at [WHATCOMTREES.COM] during the Promotion Period. - Method B (Free Alternative Method of Entry - Mail-in): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print/type your full legal name, valid mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: [WHATCOM TREE SERVICE - 537 F ST, BLAINE, WA 98230], Attn: Sweepstakes Entry]. Limit one card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by [OCTOBER 31, 2026] at [1:00 PM PST] to be eligible.

5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive: [ECHO 2511T WITH MUFFLER AND DOGS BY WESTCOAST SAW]. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Total $587.90 ($499 saw + $68.95 muffler, + $19.95 dogs). Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is in used condition.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be held on [NOVEMBER 1, 2026] from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via phone or email within [48] hours of selection.
